Medical Grade Silicone:
Recently we began using some medical grade silicone. This is a water clear shore A 55 silicone that is typically used in medical injection molding. We can mold this material for use in prototypes without having to create injection molds. Aluminum casting molds are built and the material is processed on a prototype basis. The resulting parts are suitable for limited testing. Please contact us to discuss your application.
