Metropolis Poly Jet 3D printing system
The Poly Jet process uses inkjet style technology to apply photo curing resin in layers only 16 microns thick (.0006 in.) or 1600 DPI. Each layer has an X and Y resolution of 600 x 600 DPI. This results in rapid prototypes and rapid manufactured parts with highest resolution available and smooth surface finishes.
Our Eden Objet 500V 3D printer utilizes FullCure 850 VeroGray – the best 3D resin in the marketplace. Additional resins are available on request.
The Poly Jet process requires very little post processing which allows us to turn around parts very quickly.
