PolyJet: Objet 3D Printing
The PolyJet process uses inkjet style technology to apply photocuring resin in layers only 16 microns thick (.0006 in.) Each layer has an X and Y resolution of 600 x 300 DPI. This results in rapid prototypes and rapid manufactured parts with exceptional accuracy and smooth surface finishes.
The PolyJet process requires very little post processing and therefore allows us to turn around parts very quickly. We almost always turn around PolyJet parts overnight. On small parts, same day turnaround is sometimes possible. As always, we will let you know right away if we anticipate that your parts will take an extra day to build.
We offer PolyJet printing using FullCure 830 VeroWhite. Additional resins are available upon request.
